These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the First Super Car Rental website, mobile application, booking channels, communications, and vehicle-rental services.

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدام موقع First Super Car Rental الإلكتروني وتطبيق الهاتف المحمول وقنوات الحجز والاتصالات وخدمات تأجير المركبات.

By using the website or App, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or booking request, confirming a booking, signing a rental agreement, or accepting a vehicle, you agree to these Terms and any booking-specific or vehicle-specific conditions communicated to you.

باستخدامك الموقع أو التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب أو إرسال استفسار أو طلب حجز أو تأكيد الحجز أو توقيع عقد إيجار أو استلام مركبة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وأي شروط خاصة بالحجز أو المركبة يتم إبلاغك بها.

If a signed rental agreement or written booking confirmation conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement or specific written confirmation applies to that rental.

إذا تعارض عقد إيجار موقع أو تأكيد حجز مكتوب مع هذه الشروط العامة، فيسري العقد الموقع أو التأكيد المكتوب الخاص بذلك الإيجار.

3. App Accounts and SMS Verification3. حسابات التطبيق والتحقق عبر الرسائل النصية

You may be required to create an App account using a valid mobile number and a one-time SMS verification code.

قد يُطلب منك إنشاء حساب في التطبيق باستخدام رقم هاتف محمول صالح ورمز تحقق لمرة واحدة يُرسل عبر رسالة نصية.

You must provide accurate information, control your telephone number and device, keep verification codes confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

يجب عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على السيطرة على رقم هاتفك وجهازك والمحافظة على سرية رموز التحقق وإبلاغنا فوراً إذا اشتبهت بوجود وصول غير مصرح به.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك، ما لم يكن ناتجاً عن إخفاقنا في تطبيق تدابير أمان معقولة.

We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, false information, security risk, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.

يجوز لنا تقييد الحساب أو تعليقه عندما نشتبه بصورة معقولة بوجود احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو معلومات غير صحيحة أو خطر أمني أو نشاط غير قانوني أو خرق جوهري لهذه الشروط.

4. Booking Requests and Confirmation4. طلبات الحجز وتأكيده

Vehicle listings, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability displayed on the website or App are informational and may change before confirmation.

تُعرض قوائم المركبات وصورها ومواصفاتها وأسعارها ومدى توافرها على الموقع أو التطبيق لأغراض معلوماتية، وقد تتغير قبل التأكيد.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability and does not create a completed rental agreement.

لا يضمن إرسال طلب الحجز توافر المركبة، ولا ينشئ عقد إيجار مكتمل.

A booking becomes confirmed only when First Super Car Rental sends a clear confirmation identifying the vehicle or category, rental period, price, and applicable conditions.

يصبح الحجز مؤكداً فقط عندما ترسل First Super Car Rental تأكيداً واضحاً يحدد المركبة أو الفئة ومدة الإيجار والسعر والشروط المطبقة.

We may request additional information or documents before confirmation.

يجوز لنا طلب معلومات أو مستندات إضافية قبل التأكيد.

If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable because of damage, maintenance, late return, accident, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we may offer a comparable replacement, another available vehicle, revised dates, or cancellation with any applicable refund.

إذا أصبحت المركبة المختارة غير متاحة بسبب ضرر أو صيانة أو تأخر في الإعادة أو حادث أو مخاوف سلامة أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة، فقد نقدم مركبة بديلة مماثلة أو مركبة أخرى متاحة أو تواريخ معدلة أو الإلغاء مع أي استرداد مستحق.

5. Driver Eligibility and Documents5. أهلية السائق والمستندات

The renter and every authorised driver must satisfy the age, licence, identity, driving-experience, and insurance requirements applicable to the selected vehicle.

يجب على المستأجر وكل سائق مخول استيفاء متطلبات العمر والرخصة والهوية وخبرة القيادة والتأمين المطبقة على المركبة المختارة.

The standard minimum rental age is generally 21 years, while certain sports, exotic, luxury, high-performance, or insurance-restricted vehicles may require a minimum age of 25 or additional conditions.

يكون الحد الأدنى المعتاد لسن الاستئجار 21 عاماً بصورة عامة، بينما قد تتطلب بعض السيارات الرياضية أو الخارقة أو الفاخرة أو عالية الأداء أو المقيدة تأمينياً حداً أدنى قدره 25 عاماً أو شروطاً إضافية.

UAE residents may be required to provide a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence.

قد يُطلب من المقيمين في دولة الإمارات تقديم هوية إماراتية سارية ورخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية.

Visitors may be required to provide a valid passport, visa or entry record, home-country driving licence, and international driving permit where required.

قد يُطلب من الزوار تقديم جواز سفر ساري وتأشيرة أو سجل دخول ورخصة قيادة صادرة من بلدهم ورخصة قيادة دولية عندما تكون مطلوبة.

We may refuse or cancel a rental if documents are invalid, expired, inconsistent, suspected to be fraudulent, or insufficient for legal or insurance purposes.

يجوز لنا رفض الإيجار أو إلغاؤه إذا كانت المستندات غير صالحة أو منتهية أو غير متطابقة أو يُشتبه بأنها مزورة أو غير كافية للأغراض القانونية أو التأمينية.

6. Prices, Charges, and Payment6. الأسعار والرسوم والدفع

The applicable rental price is the price confirmed in writing and may depend on the vehicle, rental period, season, location, mileage allowance, driver profile, requested services, and disclosed conditions.

يكون سعر الإيجار المطبق هو السعر المؤكد كتابياً، وقد يعتمد على المركبة ومدة الإيجار والموسم والموقع والمسافة المسموحة وبيانات السائق والخدمات المطلوبة والشروط المعلنة.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not automatically include traffic fines, parking, tolls, additional kilometres, fuel differences, excessive cleaning, damage, insurance excess, recovery, extension charges, or other renter-caused costs.

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحةً، لا تشمل الأسعار المعروضة تلقائياً المخالفات المرورية أو المواقف أو رسوم الطرق أو الكيلومترات الإضافية أو فروقات الوقود أو التنظيف المفرط أو الأضرار أو التحمل التأميني أو السحب أو رسوم التمديد أو التكاليف الأخرى التي تسبب بها المستأجر.

Rental payments are arranged using the method communicated in the confirmed booking or rental agreement. The App itself does not process rental payments.

يتم ترتيب مدفوعات الإيجار باستخدام الوسيلة التي يتم إبلاغك بها في الحجز المؤكد أو عقد الإيجار. ولا يعالج التطبيق نفسه مدفوعات الإيجار.

You must pay all amounts due by the stated due date.

يجب عليك دفع جميع المبالغ المستحقة في الموعد المحدد.

7. No Security Deposit Policy7. سياسة عدم طلب وديعة تأمين

First Super Car Rental does not charge a traditional refundable security deposit for rentals advertised and confirmed as “No Deposit.”

لا تفرض First Super Car Rental وديعة تأمين تقليدية قابلة للاسترداد على الإيجارات المعلن عنها والمؤكدة بصيغة «بدون وديعة».

The absence of a deposit does not remove the renter’s responsibility for rental charges, additional kilometres, fuel, tolls, parking, fines, damage, insurance excess, recovery, cleaning, late return, breach of contract, or any other amount legally or contractually owed.

عدم وجود وديعة لا يلغي مسؤولية المستأجر عن رسوم الإيجار أو الكيلومترات الإضافية أو الوقود أو رسوم الطرق أو المواقف أو المخالفات أو الأضرار أو التحمل التأميني أو السحب أو التنظيف أو التأخر في الإعادة أو خرق العقد أو أي مبلغ آخر مستحق قانونياً أو تعاقدياً.

Any exceptional payment guarantee or special condition must be disclosed and accepted before confirmation.

يجب الإفصاح عن أي ضمان دفع استثنائي أو شرط خاص والموافقة عليه قبل التأكيد.

8. Mileage Allowance8. المسافة المسموحة

Unless a different allowance is stated in the confirmed booking, the rental includes 250 kilometres per rental day.

ما لم يتم ذكر مسافة مختلفة في الحجز المؤكد، يشمل الإيجار 250 كيلومتراً لكل يوم إيجار.

Unless a different rate is confirmed in writing, each additional kilometre is charged at AED 20.

ما لم يتم تأكيد سعر مختلف كتابياً، يُحتسب كل كيلومتر إضافي بقيمة 20 درهماً إماراتياً.

Mileage is calculated using the vehicle odometer or another reliable recorded measurement at delivery and return.

يتم احتساب المسافة باستخدام عداد المركبة أو وسيلة قياس موثوقة أخرى يتم تسجيلها عند التسليم والإعادة.

Odometer interference, disconnection, alteration, or attempted manipulation is prohibited and may result in estimated mileage charges, repair costs, and legal action.

يُحظر التدخل في عداد المسافة أو فصله أو تعديله أو محاولة التلاعب به، وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى احتساب مسافة تقديرية وتكاليف الإصلاح واتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.

9. Rental Period, Delivery, and Return9. مدة الإيجار والتسليم والإعادة

The rental period begins and ends at the times stated in the confirmed booking or rental agreement.

تبدأ مدة الإيجار وتنتهي في الأوقات المحددة في الحجز المؤكد أو عقد الإيجار.

You must provide accurate delivery and collection details and ensure that an authorised person is available at the agreed location and time.

يجب عليك تقديم تفاصيل صحيحة للتسليم والاستلام والتأكد من وجود شخص مخول في الموقع والوقت المتفق عليهما.

Delivery or collection times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle preparation, safety checks, or events beyond reasonable control.

تُعد أوقات التسليم أو الاستلام تقديرية، وقد تتأثر بالازدحام أو الطقس أو إغلاق الطرق أو تجهيز المركبة أو فحوصات السلامة أو الأحداث الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time, location, condition, and fuel level, with all keys, documents, accessories, and equipment supplied.

يجب إعادة المركبة في الوقت والموقع والحالة ومستوى الوقود المتفق عليها، مع جميع المفاتيح والمستندات والملحقات والمعدات التي تم تسليمها.

You remain responsible for the vehicle until it is physically returned to and accepted by an authorised representative.

تبقى مسؤولاً عن المركبة إلى أن تتم إعادتها فعلياً وقبولها من ممثل مخول.

10. Extensions and Late Return10. التمديد والتأخر في الإعادة

A rental extension is valid only after written approval and payment of any required extension amount.

لا يكون تمديد الإيجار سارياً إلا بعد موافقة كتابية ودفع أي مبلغ مطلوب للتمديد.

Keeping the vehicle beyond the agreed return time without approval may result in additional rental charges, loss-of-use costs, collection or recovery costs, insurance consequences, account suspension, and lawful recovery action.

قد يؤدي الاحتفاظ بالمركبة بعد وقت الإعادة المتفق عليه من دون موافقة إلى رسوم إيجار إضافية وتكاليف فقدان الاستخدام وتكاليف الاستلام أو السحب وآثار تأمينية وتعليق الحساب واتخاذ إجراء قانوني لاستعادة المركبة.

Late-return charges and any grace period are governed by the confirmed booking or rental agreement.

تخضع رسوم التأخر في الإعادة وأي فترة سماح للحجز المؤكد أو عقد الإيجار.

11. Fuel11. الوقود

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level recorded at delivery unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

يجب إعادة المركبة بمستوى الوقود نفسه المسجل عند التسليم، ما لم يتم تأكيد ترتيب آخر كتابياً.

If returned with less fuel, you may be charged the reasonable refuelling cost and any disclosed service charge.

إذا تمت إعادة المركبة بوقود أقل، فقد يتم تحميلك تكلفة التعبئة المعقولة وأي رسم خدمة تم الإفصاح عنه.

Fuel added above the delivery level is not refundable unless agreed in writing.

لا يتم استرداد قيمة الوقود المضاف بما يزيد على مستوى التسليم، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على ذلك كتابياً.

You must use the correct fuel type. Damage caused by incorrect fuel is the renter’s responsibility.

يجب استخدام نوع الوقود الصحيح. ويتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام وقود غير صحيح.

12. Tolls, Parking, and Traffic Fines12. رسوم الطرق والمواقف والمخالفات

The renter is responsible for all Salik tolls, parking charges, traffic fines, impound charges, black-point consequences where applicable, and other authority charges arising during the rental period or from the renter’s use.

يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية جميع رسوم سالك والمواقف والمخالفات المرورية ورسوم الحجز أو المصادرة وآثار النقاط المرورية حيثما تنطبق وأي رسوم جهات مختصة تنشأ خلال مدة الإيجار أو بسبب استخدام المستأجر.

Charges received after return may still be invoiced when they relate to the rental period.

يجوز إصدار فاتورة بالرسوم التي تصل بعد الإعادة إذا كانت مرتبطة بمدة الإيجار.

Where permitted and disclosed in the rental agreement, a reasonable administrative charge may be added for processing notices or authority correspondence.

عندما يكون ذلك مسموحاً ومذكوراً في عقد الإيجار، قد تتم إضافة رسم إداري معقول لمعالجة الإشعارات أو مراسلات الجهات المختصة.

13. Authorised Drivers13. السائقون المخولون

Only the renter and drivers expressly approved and listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

لا يجوز قيادة المركبة إلا من قبل المستأجر والسائقين الذين تمت الموافقة عليهم صراحةً وإدراجهم في عقد الإيجار.

Allowing an unauthorised, unlicensed, underage, impaired, or otherwise ineligible person to drive is a material breach and may invalidate insurance coverage.

يُعد السماح لشخص غير مخول أو غير مرخص أو دون السن المطلوبة أو غير قادر على القيادة بأمان أو غير مؤهل بقيادة المركبة خرقاً جوهرياً، وقد يؤدي إلى بطلان التغطية التأمينية.

The renter remains responsible for the conduct of every person allowed to possess, use, or access the vehicle.

يبقى المستأجر مسؤولاً عن تصرفات كل شخص يسمح له بحيازة المركبة أو استخدامها أو الوصول إليها.

14. Permitted and Prohibited Use14. الاستخدام المسموح والممنوع

The vehicle must be used lawfully, carefully, and only for ordinary road use within the authorised territory.

يجب استخدام المركبة بصورة قانونية وحذرة وللاستخدام العادي على الطرق فقط ضمن النطاق الجغرافي المصرح به.

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing:

تُحظر الأنشطة التالية ما لم تتم الموافقة عليها صراحةً وكتابياً:

• Racing, speed testing, drifting, burnouts, track use, timed events, or competitive driving.السباقات أو اختبار السرعة أو الدرفت أو حرق الإطارات أو استخدام الحلبات أو الفعاليات الموقوتة أو القيادة التنافسية.
• Off-road, desert, beach, floodwater, construction-site, or unsuitable-road use.القيادة خارج الطرق أو في الصحراء أو على الشاطئ أو في مياه الفيضانات أو مواقع الإنشاء أو الطرق غير المناسبة.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, impairing medication, or extreme fatigue.القيادة تحت تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات أو الأدوية المؤثرة في القيادة أو الإرهاق الشديد.
• Reckless, abusive, dangerous, or unlawful driving.القيادة المتهورة أو المسيئة أو الخطرة أو غير القانونية.
• Towing, pushing, hazardous materials, overloading, or unauthorised commercial transport.القطر أو الدفع أو نقل المواد الخطرة أو التحميل الزائد أو النقل التجاري غير المصرح به.
• Sub-renting, lending, selling, pledging, or transferring possession to an unauthorised person.إعادة التأجير أو الإعارة أو البيع أو الرهن أو نقل الحيازة إلى شخص غير مخول.
• Tampering with tracking, safety, telematics, camera, odometer, mechanical, electronic, or security systems.التلاعب بأنظمة التتبع أو السلامة أو الاتصالات أو الكاميرا أو عداد المسافة أو الأنظمة الميكانيكية أو الإلكترونية أو الأمنية.
• Using the vehicle for a crime, unlawful activity, or prohibited goods.استخدام المركبة في جريمة أو نشاط غير قانوني أو لنقل بضائع محظورة.
• Smoking or vaping inside a vehicle designated as non-smoking.التدخين أو استخدام السجائر الإلكترونية داخل مركبة مخصصة لغير المدخنين.

15. Territory and Cross-Border Use15. النطاق الجغرافي والاستخدام عبر الحدود

The vehicle may be used only within the territory authorised in the rental agreement.

يجوز استخدام المركبة فقط ضمن النطاق الجغرافي المصرح به في عقد الإيجار.

The vehicle must not be taken outside the United Arab Emirates, transported by sea, used across a border, or entered into a restricted area without prior written approval and required insurance and government permissions.

لا يجوز إخراج المركبة من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو نقلها بحراً أو استخدامها عبر الحدود أو إدخالها إلى منطقة مقيدة من دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة وتصاريح التأمين والجهات الحكومية المطلوبة.

16. Vehicle Condition and Inspection16. حالة المركبة وفحصها

You must inspect the vehicle at delivery and promptly report visible damage, warning lights, missing items, incorrect fuel level, or other concerns.

يجب عليك فحص المركبة عند التسليم والإبلاغ فوراً عن الأضرار الظاهرة أو أضواء التحذير أو العناصر المفقودة أو مستوى الوقود غير الصحيح أو أي ملاحظات أخرى.

Delivery and return condition may be documented using photographs, video, inspection reports, odometer readings, fuel readings, telematics, or other reasonable records.

قد يتم توثيق حالة المركبة عند التسليم والإعادة باستخدام الصور أو الفيديو أو تقارير الفحص أو قراءات عداد المسافة أو الوقود أو بيانات أنظمة المركبة أو أي سجلات معقولة أخرى.

You must stop driving and contact us immediately if a warning light, unusual sound, tyre problem, overheating, mechanical issue, safety concern, or damage occurs.

يجب التوقف عن القيادة والتواصل معنا فوراً إذا ظهر ضوء تحذير أو صوت غير طبيعي أو مشكلة في الإطارات أو ارتفاع في الحرارة أو عطل ميكانيكي أو مشكلة سلامة أو ضرر.

Continuing to drive after a warning or obvious fault may make the renter responsible for resulting damage.

قد يؤدي الاستمرار في القيادة بعد تحذير أو عطل واضح إلى تحميل المستأجر مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة.

17. Insurance, Accidents, and Police Reports17. التأمين والحوادث وتقارير الشرطة

Vehicles are insured subject to the applicable insurance policy, rental agreement, driver eligibility, permitted use, exclusions, excess, and reporting requirements.

تكون المركبات مؤمنة وفقاً لوثيقة التأمين المطبقة وعقد الإيجار وأهلية السائق والاستخدام المسموح والاستثناءات والتحمل ومتطلبات الإبلاغ.

Coverage may be reduced, denied, or invalidated by an unauthorised driver, prohibited use, reckless driving, intoxication, false information, failure to obtain a required police report, leaving the scene, late reporting, or another policy or contractual exclusion.

قد يتم تخفيض التغطية أو رفضها أو إبطالها بسبب سائق غير مخول أو استخدام ممنوع أو قيادة متهورة أو القيادة تحت التأثير أو معلومات غير صحيحة أو عدم الحصول على تقرير شرطة مطلوب أو مغادرة الموقع أو التأخر في الإبلاغ أو أي استثناء تأميني أو تعاقدي آخر.

In an accident, collision, theft, attempted theft, fire, flood, vandalism, or other incident, you must stop safely, protect people and property, contact the police or relevant authority, contact First Super Car Rental immediately, and obtain the required official report.

في حال وقوع حادث أو تصادم أو سرقة أو محاولة سرقة أو حريق أو فيضان أو تخريب أو أي واقعة أخرى، يجب التوقف بأمان وحماية الأشخاص والممتلكات والتواصل مع الشرطة أو الجهة المختصة والتواصل فوراً مع First Super Car Rental والحصول على التقرير الرسمي المطلوب.

You must not admit liability, settle a claim, arrange unauthorised repairs, abandon the vehicle, or remove it from the incident location except for safety or when instructed.

يجب عدم الإقرار بالمسؤولية أو تسوية مطالبة أو ترتيب إصلاحات غير مصرح بها أو ترك المركبة أو نقلها من موقع الواقعة، إلا لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو بناءً على تعليمات.

18. Damage, Negligence, and Liability18. الأضرار والإهمال والمسؤولية

The renter is responsible for loss, damage, costs, and liabilities to the extent permitted by law and provided in the rental agreement, including where caused by negligence, misuse, prohibited use, an unauthorised driver, breach, or an insurance exclusion.

يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية الخسائر والأضرار والتكاليف والالتزامات بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون وينص عليه عقد الإيجار، بما في ذلك الحالات الناتجة عن الإهمال أو سوء الاستخدام أو الاستخدام الممنوع أو سائق غير مخول أو الخرق أو استثناء تأميني.

Potential charges may include repairs, parts, tyres, wheels, glass, interior damage, keys, accessories, towing, recovery, storage, assessment, loss of use, diminished value where recoverable, insurance excess, and third-party claims.

قد تشمل الرسوم المحتملة الإصلاح وقطع الغيار والإطارات والعجلات والزجاج والأضرار الداخلية والمفاتيح والملحقات والقطر والسحب والتخزين والتقييم وفقدان الاستخدام وانخفاض القيمة عندما يكون قابلاً للمطالبة والتحمل التأميني ومطالبات الأطراف الثالثة.

Normal wear and tear consistent with careful use is not charged as damage.

لا يتم احتساب الاستهلاك الطبيعي المتوافق مع الاستخدام الحذر على أنه ضرر.

19. Breakdown and Replacement Vehicle19. الأعطال والمركبة البديلة

If the vehicle develops a mechanical problem not caused by misuse, you must stop when safe, contact us, and follow instructions.

إذا تعرضت المركبة لعطل ميكانيكي غير ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام، فيجب التوقف عندما يكون ذلك آمناً والتواصل معنا واتباع التعليمات.

We may arrange roadside assistance, inspection, repair, recovery, or a replacement depending on availability, safety, location, cause, and the rental agreement.

قد نقوم بترتيب المساعدة على الطريق أو الفحص أو الإصلاح أو السحب أو مركبة بديلة، بحسب التوافر والسلامة والموقع والسبب وعقد الإيجار.

A replacement is not guaranteed to be the same make, model, colour, specification, or value.

لا يُضمن أن تكون المركبة البديلة من العلامة أو الطراز أو اللون أو المواصفات أو القيمة نفسها.

No replacement or refund is required where the issue results from renter misuse, prohibited use, lost keys, incorrect fuel, tyre damage caused by driving, or another renter-caused event, except as required by law.

لا يلزم توفير مركبة بديلة أو استرداد الأموال عندما تكون المشكلة ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المستأجر أو استخدام ممنوع أو فقدان المفاتيح أو وقود غير صحيح أو ضرر في الإطارات بسبب القيادة أو واقعة أخرى تسبب بها المستأجر، إلا إذا كان القانون يفرض خلاف ذلك.

20. Cleaning, Smoking, Pets, and Interior Care20. التنظيف والتدخين والحيوانات والعناية بالمقصورة

You must keep the vehicle reasonably clean and protect the interior, upholstery, controls, trim, screens, roof, and accessories.

يجب الحفاظ على نظافة المركبة بصورة معقولة وحماية المقصورة والمقاعد وأدوات التحكم والتشطيبات والشاشات والسقف والملحقات.

Reasonable charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, odours, smoking, vaping, burns, spills, food contamination, pet hair, biological material, or specialist cleaning caused by the renter’s use.

قد تُطبق رسوم معقولة بسبب الاتساخ المفرط أو البقع أو الروائح أو التدخين أو السجائر الإلكترونية أو الحروق أو الانسكابات أو تلوث الطعام أو شعر الحيوانات أو المواد البيولوجية أو التنظيف المتخصص الناتج عن استخدام المستأجر.

Pets are prohibited unless First Super Car Rental gives express written approval. Where approval is granted, the renter must use appropriate protection and remains responsible for cleaning and damage.

تُحظر الحيوانات الأليفة ما لم تمنح First Super Car Rental موافقة كتابية صريحة. وعند منح الموافقة، يجب على المستأجر استخدام وسائل حماية مناسبة، ويبقى مسؤولاً عن التنظيف والأضرار.

21. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refunds21. الإلغاء وعدم الحضور واسترداد الأموال

Cancellation, amendment, no-show, and refund conditions are governed by the written terms communicated before booking confirmation.

تخضع شروط الإلغاء والتعديل وعدم الحضور واسترداد الأموال للشروط المكتوبة التي يتم إبلاغك بها قبل تأكيد الحجز.

You should notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.

يجب إبلاغنا في أقرب وقت ممكن إذا احتجت إلى إلغاء الحجز أو تغييره.

A confirmed booking may be non-refundable or partially refundable where a vehicle was reserved, prepared, delivered, removed from availability, or direct non-recoverable costs were incurred, provided this condition was disclosed before confirmation.

قد يكون الحجز المؤكد غير قابل للاسترداد أو قابلاً للاسترداد جزئياً عندما تم حجز المركبة أو تجهيزها أو تسليمها أو إزالتها من التوافر أو تم تكبد تكاليف مباشرة غير قابلة للاسترداد، بشرط الإفصاح عن هذا الشرط قبل التأكيد.

If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons not caused by the renter and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, amounts paid for the unavailable rental will be refunded using a reasonable available method.

إذا قمنا بإلغاء حجز مؤكد لأسباب لا تعود إلى المستأجر ولم نتمكن من توفير بديل مقبول، فسيتم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة عن الإيجار غير المتاح باستخدام وسيلة معقولة متاحة.

22. Personal Property22. الممتلكات الشخصية

You are responsible for personal property left in, on, or near the vehicle.

أنت مسؤول عن الممتلكات الشخصية المتروكة داخل المركبة أو عليها أو بالقرب منها.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except to the extent directly caused by our proven negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان الممتلكات الشخصية أو سرقتها أو تلفها، إلا بالقدر الناتج مباشرةً عن إهمال مثبت من جانبنا أو عندما لا يجوز استبعاد المسؤولية قانوناً.

Found items may be stored for a reasonable period and handled or disposed of as permitted by law if unclaimed.

قد يتم الاحتفاظ بالأشياء المعثور عليها لمدة معقولة والتعامل معها أو التخلص منها وفقاً للقانون إذا لم تتم المطالبة بها.

23. Website and App Use23. استخدام الموقع والتطبيق

You may use the website and App only for lawful rental inquiries and services.

يجوز استخدام الموقع والتطبيق فقط للاستفسارات وخدمات التأجير المشروعة.

You must not disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass security, introduce malware, access another account, copy protected content, or use automated systems in a harmful manner.

يُحظر تعطيل الخدمة أو إتلافها أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو استخراج البيانات منها على نطاق واسع أو تجاوز الأمان أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة أو الوصول إلى حساب آخر أو نسخ محتوى محمي أو استخدام أنظمة آلية بطريقة ضارة.

We may change, suspend, discontinue, maintain, or update features without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability.

يجوز لنا تغيير الميزات أو تعليقها أو إيقافها أو صيانتها أو تحديثها من دون ضمان توافر مستمر أو خالٍ من الأخطاء.

Third-party services opened through the App are subject to their own availability and terms.

تخضع خدمات الأطراف الثالثة التي يتم فتحها من خلال التطبيق لتوافرها وشروطها الخاصة.

24. Intellectual Property24. الملكية الفكرية

The website, App, brand name, logos, layouts, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, databases, and other materials are owned by or licensed to First Super Car Rental and protected by applicable law.

يملك First Super Car Rental أو يرخص له الموقع والتطبيق والاسم التجاري والشعارات والتصاميم والنصوص والرسومات والصور والفيديوهات والبرمجيات وقواعد البيانات والمواد الأخرى، وهي محمية بموجب القانون.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website and App for their intended purpose.

يُمنح لك حق محدود وقابل للإلغاء وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الموقع والتطبيق للغرض المخصص لهما.

Content may not be copied, republished, sold, licensed, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except where permitted by law.

لا يجوز نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة نشره أو بيعه أو ترخيصه أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو استغلاله تجارياً من دون إذن كتابي، إلا عندما يسمح القانون بذلك.

25. Third-Party Services and Links25. خدمات وروابط الأطراف الثالثة

The website or App may open or integrate telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, maps, social media, identity verification, analytics, cloud services, or payment providers.

قد يفتح الموقع أو التطبيق خدمات الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية أو واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الخرائط أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التحقق من الهوية أو التحليلات أو الخدمات السحابية أو مزودي الدفع، أو يتكامل معها.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, availability, charges, and technical requirements.

يخضع استخدامك لخدمة طرف ثالث لشروط ذلك المزود وسياسة الخصوصية والتوافر والرسوم والمتطلبات التقنية الخاصة به.

We are not responsible for independent acts, omissions, content, security, or availability of third-party providers except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أفعال مزودي الأطراف الثالثة أو إهمالهم أو محتواهم أو أمانهم أو توافرهم بصورة مستقلة، إلا عندما لا يجوز استبعاد المسؤولية قانوناً.

26. Privacy and Uploaded Documents26. الخصوصية والمستندات المرفوعة

Personal data and uploaded documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

يتم التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية والمستندات المرفوعة وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

You must upload only genuine, accurate, current, and necessary documents and must not upload another person’s information without lawful authority.

يجب عليك رفع مستندات أصلية وصحيحة وحديثة وضرورية فقط، وألا ترفع معلومات شخص آخر من دون صلاحية قانونية.

False, altered, stolen, misleading, or unauthorised documents may result in booking refusal, account suspension, contract termination, reporting to an authority, and legal action.

قد تؤدي المستندات المزورة أو المعدلة أو المسروقة أو المضللة أو غير المصرح بها إلى رفض الحجز أو تعليق الحساب أو إنهاء العقد أو الإبلاغ إلى جهة مختصة أو اتخاذ إجراء قانوني.

27. Account Deletion and Termination27. حذف الحساب وإنهاء الاستخدام

You may initiate account deletion through the deletion option available in the App or by contacting info@firstsupercarrental.com.

يمكنك بدء حذف الحساب من خلال خيار الحذف المتاح في التطبيق أو عبر التواصل مع info@firstsupercarrental.com.

Deleting the App does not automatically delete your account.

لا يؤدي حذف التطبيق تلقائياً إلى حذف حسابك.

Account deletion does not cancel an active booking or rental and does not remove outstanding payment, damage, fine, toll, insurance, dispute, or legal obligations.

لا يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إلغاء حجز أو إيجار نشط، ولا يلغي التزامات الدفع أو الأضرار أو المخالفات أو رسوم الطرق أو التأمين أو النزاعات أو الالتزامات القانونية القائمة.

We may terminate or restrict access for a material breach, fraud, misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, abusive behaviour, unpaid amounts, false documents, or conduct threatening people, vehicles, systems, or the business.

يجوز لنا إنهاء الوصول أو تقييده بسبب خرق جوهري أو احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو خطر أمني أو سلوك غير قانوني أو مسيء أو مبالغ غير مدفوعة أو مستندات غير صحيحة أو سلوك يهدد الأشخاص أو المركبات أو الأنظمة أو الأعمال.

28. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability28. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate, vehicles properly managed, and services operational, but website and App information may contain temporary errors, delays, or differences from the final confirmed service.

نتخذ خطوات معقولة للحفاظ على دقة المعلومات وإدارة المركبات بصورة مناسبة وتشغيل الخدمات، إلا أن معلومات الموقع والتطبيق قد تتضمن أخطاء مؤقتة أو تأخيرات أو اختلافات عن الخدمة المؤكدة نهائياً.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from events beyond reasonable control.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو العقابية أو التبعية أو خسارة الأرباح أو الفرص أو الخسائر الناتجة عن أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory liability.

لا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يستبعد مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها، بما في ذلك المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو أي مسؤولية إلزامية أخرى.

29. Renter Responsibility to Indemnify29. مسؤولية المستأجر عن التعويض

To the extent permitted by law, the renter is responsible for reasonable losses, claims, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from unlawful use, negligence, prohibited use, false information, an unauthorised driver, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية الخسائر والمطالبات والعقوبات والتكاليف والمصروفات المعقولة الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير القانوني أو الإهمال أو الاستخدام الممنوع أو المعلومات غير الصحيحة أو السائق غير المخول أو خرق هذه الشروط أو انتهاك حقوق شخص آخر.

This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our proven negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of law.

لا يسري ذلك بالقدر الذي تكون فيه الخسارة ناتجة عن إهمال مثبت أو سوء سلوك متعمد أو خرق للقانون من جانبنا.

30. Force Majeure30. القوة القاهرة

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, war, civil disturbance, government action, road closure, transport disruption, system outage, telecommunications failure, epidemic, or natural disaster.

لا يتحمل أي من الطرفين مسؤولية التأخير أو عدم التنفيذ الناتج عن أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة، بما في ذلك الطقس القاسي أو الفيضانات أو الحريق أو الحرب أو الاضطرابات المدنية أو الإجراءات الحكومية أو إغلاق الطرق أو تعطل النقل أو الأنظمة أو الاتصالات أو الأوبئة أو الكوارث الطبيعية.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance when reasonably possible.

يجب على الطرف المتأثر اتخاذ خطوات معقولة للحد من الأثر واستئناف التنفيذ عندما يصبح ذلك ممكناً بصورة معقولة.

31. Changes to These Terms31. التغييرات في هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, vehicles, website or App functionality, operational practices, insurance requirements, laws, regulations, or App Store requirements.

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط لتعكس التغييرات في الخدمات أو المركبات أو وظائف الموقع أو التطبيق أو الممارسات التشغيلية أو متطلبات التأمين أو القوانين أو اللوائح أو متطلبات متجر التطبيقات.

The updated version will be posted on the website or made available through the App with a revised date.

سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على الموقع أو إتاحتها من خلال التطبيق مع تاريخ جديد.

Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed rental unless required by law or agreed by both parties.

لن تؤدي التغييرات بأثر رجعي إلى تعديل إيجار مؤكد، إلا إذا كان القانون يفرض ذلك أو اتفق الطرفان عليه.

32. Governing Law and Disputes32. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات

These Terms, bookings, and rental services are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

تخضع هذه الشروط والحجوزات وخدمات التأجير للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإمارة دبي.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting customer support and providing relevant information.

يجب على الطرفين أولاً محاولة حل النزاع بحسن نية من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وتقديم المعلومات ذات الصلة.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the rental relationship.

مع مراعاة قواعد حماية المستهلك أو الاختصاص القضائي الإلزامية، تختص محاكم دبي بالنزاعات الناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو علاقة الإيجار.

33. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement33. قابلية الفصل والتنازل والاتفاق الكامل

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

إذا كان أحد الأحكام باطلاً أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تستمر الأحكام الأخرى في السريان بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

A delay or failure to enforce a right does not permanently waive that right.

لا يُعد التأخر أو عدم ممارسة أحد الحقوق تنازلاً دائماً عن ذلك الحق.

These Terms, the confirmed booking, rental agreement, Privacy Policy, and expressly incorporated written conditions form the agreement applicable to the service.

تشكل هذه الشروط والحجز المؤكد وعقد الإيجار وسياسة الخصوصية والشروط المكتوبة المدرجة صراحةً الاتفاق المطبق على الخدمة.

34. VAT, Card Surcharges, Invoices, and Late Payment34. ضريبة القيمة المضافة ورسوم البطاقات والفواتير والتأخر في الدفع

All rental prices and other taxable charges are subject to 5% UAE value-added tax unless the displayed or confirmed price expressly states that VAT is included.

تخضع جميع أسعار الإيجار والرسوم الأخرى الخاضعة للضريبة لضريبة القيمة المضافة في دولة الإمارات بنسبة 5%، ما لم يذكر السعر المعروض أو المؤكد صراحةً أن الضريبة مشمولة.

Card payments made through a payment link, point-of-sale terminal, or another card channel may be subject to an additional surcharge based on the card type and payment provider, provided the charge is disclosed before payment.

قد تخضع مدفوعات البطاقات التي تتم عبر رابط دفع أو جهاز نقطة بيع أو قناة بطاقات أخرى لرسم إضافي بحسب نوع البطاقة ومزود الدفع، بشرط الإفصاح عن الرسم قبل الدفع.

Additional charges, including additional kilometres, fuel, tolls, parking, traffic fines, damage, repair, recovery, cleaning, and administrative charges, must be paid within ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date unless another period is stated in writing.

يجب دفع الرسوم الإضافية، بما في ذلك الكيلومترات الإضافية والوقود ورسوم الطرق والمواقف والمخالفات المرورية والأضرار والإصلاح والسحب والتنظيف والرسوم الإدارية، خلال عشرة (10) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الفاتورة، ما لم يتم تحديد مدة أخرى كتابياً.

If a validly due amount remains unpaid after that period, an AED 3,000 administrative and recovery charge may be added in addition to the outstanding amount, subject to applicable law and the signed rental agreement.

إذا بقي مبلغ مستحق بصورة صحيحة غير مدفوع بعد تلك المدة، فقد تتم إضافة رسم إداري وتحصيلي قدره 3,000 درهم إماراتي بالإضافة إلى المبلغ المستحق، مع مراعاة القانون المعمول به وعقد الإيجار الموقع.

35. Payment Authorisation, Tokenisation, and Retry Rights35. تفويض الدفع وترميز البطاقة وحقوق إعادة المحاولة

Where the renter signs or electronically accepts a payment authorisation, the renter authorises First Super Car Rental to charge the authorised credit card, debit card, payment token, or other authorised payment method for amounts validly due during or after the rental.

عندما يوقع المستأجر أو يوافق إلكترونياً على تفويض الدفع، فإنه يفوض First Super Car Rental بخصم المبالغ المستحقة بصورة صحيحة خلال الإيجار أو بعده من بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم أو رمز الدفع أو وسيلة الدفع الأخرى المصرح بها.

Authorised charges may include rental charges, extensions, additional kilometres, fuel, Salik and other tolls, parking, traffic fines, vehicle damage, repair costs, recovery costs, insurance excess, cleaning, administration charges, and other amounts due under the rental agreement.

قد تشمل الرسوم المصرح بها رسوم الإيجار والتمديدات والكيلومترات الإضافية والوقود وسالك ورسوم الطرق الأخرى والمواقف والمخالفات المرورية وأضرار المركبة وتكاليف الإصلاح والسحب والتحمل التأميني والتنظيف والرسوم الإدارية وأي مبالغ أخرى مستحقة بموجب عقد الإيجار.

For a no-deposit or reduced-deposit rental, valid post-rental charges may be charged directly to the authorised payment method where the renter has accepted this authorisation.

في الإيجار بدون وديعة أو بوديعة مخفضة، يجوز خصم الرسوم الصحيحة اللاحقة للإيجار مباشرةً من وسيلة الدفع المصرح بها عندما يكون المستأجر قد وافق على هذا التفويض.

Card payments are processed through licensed or authorised payment-service providers using appropriate payment-security standards. Card details may be securely tokenised and are not intentionally stored in full by First Super Car Rental.

تتم معالجة مدفوعات البطاقات من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع مرخصين أو معتمدين باستخدام معايير أمان دفع مناسبة. وقد يتم ترميز بيانات البطاقة بصورة آمنة، ولا تقوم First Super Car Rental عن قصد بتخزينها كاملة.

If an authorised payment fails or is declined, First Super Car Rental may retry the charge, use another payment method expressly authorised by the renter, issue an invoice, or pursue lawful recovery.

إذا فشل دفع مصرح به أو تم رفضه، يجوز لـ First Super Car Rental إعادة محاولة الخصم أو استخدام وسيلة دفع أخرى صرح بها المستأجر صراحةً أو إصدار فاتورة أو متابعة التحصيل بالطرق القانونية.

36. Personal Return and Handover Procedure36. الإعادة الشخصية وإجراءات التسليم

The renter must personally return the vehicle, or arrange return through an expressly authorised driver, at the agreed place and time and complete or sign the official handover or return report.

يجب على المستأجر إعادة المركبة شخصياً، أو ترتيب إعادتها من خلال سائق مخول صراحةً، في المكان والوقت المتفق عليهما وإكمال أو توقيع محضر التسليم أو الإعادة الرسمي.

The vehicle must not be abandoned or left at a hotel, public or private parking area, roadside location, valet service, workshop, or with an unauthorised third party.

لا يجوز ترك المركبة أو التخلي عنها في فندق أو موقف عام أو خاص أو على جانب الطريق أو لدى خدمة صف السيارات أو ورشة أو طرف ثالث غير مخول.

Failure to follow the agreed return procedure may result in an AED 5,000 contractual charge in addition to transport, towing, recovery, storage, loss-of-use, and other resulting costs, subject to applicable law and the signed rental agreement.

قد يؤدي عدم اتباع إجراءات الإعادة المتفق عليها إلى رسم تعاقدي قدره 5,000 درهم إماراتي، بالإضافة إلى تكاليف النقل والقطر والسحب والتخزين وفقدان الاستخدام وأي تكاليف ناتجة أخرى، مع مراعاة القانون المعمول به وعقد الإيجار الموقع.

37. Additional Drivers and Commercial Use37. السائقون الإضافيون والاستخدام التجاري

Only the renter and registered authorised drivers may operate the vehicle. Unless waived or included in writing, an AED 200 additional-driver charge may apply for each authorised additional driver.

لا يجوز قيادة المركبة إلا من قبل المستأجر والسائقين المسجلين والمخولين. وما لم يتم الإعفاء منه أو تضمينه كتابياً، فقد يُطبق رسم قدره 200 درهم إماراتي لكل سائق إضافي مخول.

The vehicle must not be used for paid passenger transport, delivery services, commercial transport, vehicle-for-hire activity, promotional events, filming, exhibitions, or another commercial purpose without prior written approval.

لا يجوز استخدام المركبة لنقل الركاب بمقابل أو خدمات التوصيل أو النقل التجاري أو نشاط التأجير للغير أو الفعاليات الترويجية أو التصوير أو المعارض أو أي غرض تجاري آخر من دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

38. Specific Prohibited-Use Charges38. رسوم محددة للاستخدامات الممنوعة

Sub-renting, lending, or transferring possession of the vehicle without written approval may result in an AED 25,000 contractual charge, in addition to damage, recovery, loss-of-use, and legal costs.

قد تؤدي إعادة تأجير المركبة أو إعارتها أو نقل حيازتها من دون موافقة كتابية إلى رسم تعاقدي قدره 25,000 درهم إماراتي، بالإضافة إلى تكاليف الأضرار والسحب وفقدان الاستخدام والتكاليف القانونية.

Off-road driving, desert use, floodwater crossing, drifting, burnouts, or use on unsuitable roads may result in a contractual charge from AED 10,000 to AED 20,000, in addition to all inspection, recovery, repair, and damage costs.

قد تؤدي القيادة خارج الطرق أو في الصحراء أو عبور مياه الفيضانات أو الدرفت أو حرق الإطارات أو الاستخدام على طرق غير مناسبة إلى رسم تعاقدي يتراوح بين 10,000 و20,000 درهم إماراتي، بالإضافة إلى جميع تكاليف الفحص والسحب والإصلاح والأضرار.

Smoking, vaping, shisha, or any other form of smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited and may result in a cleaning and deodorising charge from AED 1,500 to AED 2,500, in addition to repair costs for burns or other damage.

يُحظر التدخين أو استخدام السجائر الإلكترونية أو الشيشة أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال التدخين داخل المركبة، وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى رسم تنظيف وإزالة روائح يتراوح بين 1,500 و2,500 درهم إماراتي، بالإضافة إلى تكاليف إصلاح الحروق أو الأضرار الأخرى.

Pets are prohibited unless the Company gives express written approval. A violation may result in an AED 500 cleaning charge in addition to all damage, odour-removal, and specialist-cleaning costs.

تُحظر الحيوانات الأليفة ما لم تمنح الشركة موافقة كتابية صريحة. وقد تؤدي المخالفة إلى رسم تنظيف قدره 500 درهم إماراتي، بالإضافة إلى جميع تكاليف الأضرار وإزالة الروائح والتنظيف المتخصص.

The renter must not add fuel additives, oil, coolant, water, or any other substance to the vehicle except the correct fuel or fluid expressly approved for that vehicle.

يجب على المستأجر عدم إضافة مواد مضافة للوقود أو الزيت أو سائل التبريد أو الماء أو أي مادة أخرى إلى المركبة، باستثناء الوقود أو السائل الصحيح المعتمد صراحةً لتلك المركبة.

39. Insurance Excess, Extra Protection, and Total Loss39. التحمل التأميني والحماية الإضافية والخسارة الكلية

The renter is responsible for the applicable insurance excess or deductible for an accident, loss, fire, theft, or insured event where responsibility applies under the insurance policy and rental agreement.

يتحمل المستأجر مبلغ التحمل أو الخصم التأميني المطبق على الحادث أو الخسارة أو الحريق أو السرقة أو الواقعة المؤمن عليها عندما تنطبق المسؤولية بموجب وثيقة التأمين وعقد الإيجار.

Where optional extra protection is offered and purchased in writing, it may reduce the renter’s excess to an amount generally ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 7,500, depending on the vehicle, driver age, insurance conditions, and confirmed option.

عندما يتم تقديم حماية إضافية اختيارية وشراؤها كتابياً، فقد تخفض مبلغ التحمل على المستأجر إلى مبلغ يتراوح بصورة عامة بين 3,000 و7,500 درهم إماراتي، بحسب المركبة وعمر السائق وشروط التأمين والخيار المؤكد.

The price of optional extra protection may range from AED 150 to AED 750 or another amount confirmed in writing, depending on the vehicle and driver profile.

قد يتراوح سعر الحماية الإضافية الاختيارية بين 150 و750 درهماً إماراتياً أو أي مبلغ آخر يتم تأكيده كتابياً، بحسب المركبة وبيانات السائق.

If an at-fault accident results in a total loss or a vehicle beyond economical repair, the renter may be required to pay an additional amount equal to 20% of the vehicle’s insured value, in addition to any standard excess, charges, and uninsured loss, subject to the insurance policy, signed rental agreement, and applicable law.

إذا أدى حادث بخطأ المستأجر إلى خسارة كلية أو أصبحت المركبة غير قابلة للإصلاح اقتصادياً، فقد يُطلب من المستأجر دفع مبلغ إضافي يعادل 20% من القيمة المؤمن عليها للمركبة، بالإضافة إلى التحمل والرسوم والخسائر غير المغطاة المعتادة، مع مراعاة وثيقة التأمين وعقد الإيجار الموقع والقانون المعمول به.

40. Damage Tariff, Inspection Evidence, and Repair Period40. تعرفة الأضرار وأدلة الفحص ومدة الإصلاح

Minor damage may be charged according to the current Damage and Service Tariff. Major damage, mechanical damage, and accident-related repair costs may be charged according to authorised workshop, service-centre, expert, or insurance invoices and assessments.

قد يتم احتساب الأضرار البسيطة وفقاً لتعرفة الأضرار والخدمات السارية. وقد يتم احتساب الأضرار الجسيمة والأضرار الميكانيكية وتكاليف الإصلاح المرتبطة بالحوادث وفقاً لفواتير وتقييمات الورش أو مراكز الخدمة أو الخبراء أو شركات التأمين المعتمدة.

Photographic and video documentation at delivery and return forms part of the vehicle-condition record. If the renter refuses or is unavailable for inspection, the Company may document the vehicle condition unilaterally using reasonable evidence, subject to the renter’s lawful right to dispute the record.

يشكل التوثيق بالصور والفيديو عند التسليم والإعادة جزءاً من سجل حالة المركبة. وإذا رفض المستأجر الفحص أو لم يكن متاحاً له، فيجوز للشركة توثيق حالة المركبة بصورة أحادية باستخدام أدلة معقولة، مع احتفاظ المستأجر بحقه القانوني في الاعتراض على السجل.

If the vehicle is unavailable for rental because of an accident, damage, or misuse attributable to the renter, the renter may be charged the agreed daily rental value for the reasonable repair or replacement period, in addition to damage and recovery costs.

إذا أصبحت المركبة غير متاحة للتأجير بسبب حادث أو ضرر أو سوء استخدام يُنسب إلى المستأجر، فقد يتم تحميل المستأجر قيمة الإيجار اليومية المتفق عليها طوال مدة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال المعقولة، بالإضافة إلى تكاليف الأضرار والسحب.

Tyre, wheel, rim, glass, underbody, interior, key, and accessory damage may be excluded from insurance and charged to the renter where caused during the rental, subject to inspection evidence and the applicable agreement.

قد تكون أضرار الإطارات والعجلات والجنوط والزجاج وأسفل المركبة والمقصورة والمفاتيح والملحقات مستثناة من التأمين ويتم تحميلها للمستأجر عندما تحدث خلال الإيجار، مع مراعاة أدلة الفحص والاتفاق المطبق.

41. Traffic-Fine Processing and Administrative Charges41. معالجة المخالفات المرورية والرسوم الإدارية

First Super Car Rental may process and collect traffic fines, Salik and other tolls, parking charges, impound costs, damage charges, and related amounts received during or after the rental period.

يجوز لـ First Super Car Rental معالجة وتحصيل المخالفات المرورية وسالك ورسوم الطرق الأخرى ورسوم المواقف وتكاليف الحجز أو المصادرة ورسوم الأضرار والمبالغ المرتبطة بها التي تصل خلال مدة الإيجار أو بعدها.

For a traffic fine with a value of AED 500 or less, an AED 100 service charge may be added per fine. For a traffic fine exceeding AED 500, an administrative charge equal to 20% of the fine value may be added, subject to the signed rental agreement and applicable law.

بالنسبة إلى المخالفة المرورية التي تبلغ قيمتها 500 درهم إماراتي أو أقل، فقد تتم إضافة رسم خدمة قدره 100 درهم لكل مخالفة. أما المخالفة التي تتجاوز 500 درهم، فقد تتم إضافة رسم إداري يعادل 20% من قيمة المخالفة، مع مراعاة عقد الإيجار الموقع والقانون المعمول به.

Where the renter has provided a valid payment authorisation, these amounts may be charged to the authorised payment method. Non-payment may result in account restriction, lawful recovery, or repossession of an active rental vehicle.

عندما يقدم المستأجر تفويض دفع صالحاً، يجوز خصم هذه المبالغ من وسيلة الدفع المصرح بها. وقد يؤدي عدم الدفع إلى تقييد الحساب أو التحصيل القانوني أو استعادة مركبة لا يزال إيجارها نشطاً.

42. Maintenance, Servicing, and Modifications42. الصيانة والخدمة والتعديلات

The renter must immediately report a breakdown, warning light, defect, tyre issue, overheating, fluid warning, or other mechanical concern and follow the Company’s instructions.

يجب على المستأجر الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي عطل أو ضوء تحذير أو خلل أو مشكلة في الإطارات أو ارتفاع في الحرارة أو تحذير متعلق بالسوائل أو أي مشكلة ميكانيكية أخرى، واتباع تعليمات الشركة.

Where reasonably required during a longer rental, the renter must present the vehicle for periodic servicing according to the service reminder, checklist, dashboard message, sticker, or written notice supplied by the Company.

عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً بشكل معقول خلال إيجار طويل، يجب على المستأجر تقديم المركبة للصيانة الدورية وفقاً لتذكير الصيانة أو القائمة أو رسالة لوحة القيادة أو الملصق أو الإشعار الكتابي الصادر عن الشركة.

The renter may be responsible for towing, repair, mechanical damage, and loss-of-use caused by misuse, continued driving after a warning, failure to report a defect, or failure to attend required servicing.

قد يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف القطر والإصلاح والأضرار الميكانيكية وفقدان الاستخدام الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الاستمرار في القيادة بعد ظهور تحذير أو عدم الإبلاغ عن خلل أو عدم الحضور للصيانة المطلوبة.

No mechanical, electronic, cosmetic, software, exhaust, wheel, tyre, tint, wrapping, tracking, or other modification may be made without prior written approval. The vehicle must be returned in its original approved condition.

لا يجوز إجراء أي تعديل ميكانيكي أو إلكتروني أو تجميلي أو برمجي أو على العادم أو العجلات أو الإطارات أو التظليل أو التغليف أو التتبع أو أي تعديل آخر من دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة. ويجب إعادة المركبة بحالتها الأصلية المعتمدة.

First Super Car Rental may replace the vehicle where reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, insurance, operational, or availability reasons.

يجوز لـ First Super Car Rental استبدال المركبة عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً بشكل معقول لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو الصيانة أو التأمين أو التشغيل أو التوافر.

43. UAE Residence and Driving-Licence Status43. الإقامة في الإمارات وحالة رخصة القيادة

A person holding UAE residence status must normally drive using a valid UAE driving licence where required by UAE law and insurance conditions.

يجب على الشخص الذي يحمل إقامة في دولة الإمارات أن يقود بصورة عامة باستخدام رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية عندما يفرض قانون دولة الإمارات وشروط التأمين ذلك.

Driving using a foreign licence while holding UAE residence status may invalidate or restrict insurance coverage and may make the renter fully responsible for resulting loss, damage, claims, and costs.

قد تؤدي القيادة باستخدام رخصة أجنبية مع وجود إقامة في دولة الإمارات إلى إبطال التغطية التأمينية أو تقييدها، وقد تجعل المستأجر مسؤولاً بالكامل عن الخسائر والأضرار والمطالبات والتكاليف الناتجة.

44. Extension Notice, Early Termination, and Vehicle Recovery44. إشعار التمديد والإنهاء المبكر واستعادة المركبة

A request to extend the rental should be made at least one (1) day before the scheduled expiry and is not valid until approved in writing and any required payment is completed.

يجب تقديم طلب تمديد الإيجار قبل موعد انتهائه المحدد بيوم واحد (1) على الأقل، ولا يكون التمديد سارياً إلى أن تتم الموافقة عليه كتابياً وإكمال أي دفعة مطلوبة.

If the renter terminates a fixed rental early without a valid written exception, the renter may be required to pay the remaining agreed rental period or one month of rental charges, whichever is less, subject to the confirmed booking and applicable law.

إذا أنهى المستأجر إيجاراً محدد المدة مبكراً من دون استثناء كتابي صالح، فقد يُطلب منه دفع المدة المتبقية من الإيجار المتفق عليه أو رسوم إيجار شهر واحد، أيهما أقل، مع مراعاة الحجز المؤكد والقانون المعمول به.

First Super Car Rental may recover or repossess the vehicle without prior notice where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, unauthorised use, sub-rental, material alteration, dangerous driving, serious traffic violations, suspected theft or fraud, expired rental, loss of insurance coverage, or another material breach.

يجوز لـ First Super Car Rental استعادة المركبة أو سحب حيازتها من دون إشعار مسبق عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً بشكل معقول بسبب عدم الدفع أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به أو إعادة التأجير أو التعديل الجوهري أو القيادة الخطرة أو المخالفات المرورية الجسيمة أو الاشتباه بالسرقة أو الاحتيال أو انتهاء الإيجار أو فقدان التغطية التأمينية أو أي خرق جوهري آخر.

45. Accident Documents, False Documents, and Charge Disputes45. مستندات الحوادث والمستندات المزورة والاعتراض على الرسوم

The renter must provide all documents, statements, photographs, police reports, court documents, and information reasonably required for an accident, insurance claim, traffic matter, or legal proceeding. Failure to cooperate may invalidate insurance coverage and make the renter responsible for resulting costs.

يجب على المستأجر تقديم جميع المستندات والإفادات والصور وتقارير الشرطة ومستندات المحاكم والمعلومات المطلوبة بشكل معقول للحادث أو مطالبة التأمين أو المسألة المرورية أو الإجراء القانوني. وقد يؤدي عدم التعاون إلى بطلان التغطية التأمينية وتحميل المستأجر التكاليف الناتجة.

The renter remains fully responsible for accidents and losses arising while driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, prohibited substances, or another condition that legally or safely prevents driving.

يبقى المستأجر مسؤولاً بالكامل عن الحوادث والخسائر التي تقع أثناء القيادة تحت تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات أو المواد المحظورة أو أي حالة أخرى تمنع القيادة قانونياً أو بأمان.

Providing false, forged, altered, stolen, expired, or misleading documents may result in an AED 5,000 contractual charge, booking refusal, termination, insurance consequences, reporting to competent authorities, and legal action.

قد يؤدي تقديم مستندات كاذبة أو مزورة أو معدلة أو مسروقة أو منتهية أو مضللة إلى رسم تعاقدي قدره 5,000 درهم إماراتي ورفض الحجز أو إنهائه وآثار تأمينية والإبلاغ إلى الجهات المختصة واتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.

A dispute concerning a charge should be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from notification of the charge, together with supporting evidence. Failure to dispute within that period may be treated as acceptance of the charge to the extent permitted by applicable law.

يجب تقديم أي اعتراض يتعلق برسم بصورة كتابية خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوماً تقويمياً من تاريخ الإخطار بالرسم، مع إرفاق الأدلة المؤيدة. وقد يُعد عدم الاعتراض خلال هذه المدة قبولاً بالرسم بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.

Refunds, credits, and adjustments are subject to the written booking, cancellation, refund, and rental policies communicated by the Company and to applicable consumer-protection law.

تخضع عمليات الاسترداد والأرصدة والتعديلات لسياسات الحجز والإلغاء والاسترداد والإيجار المكتوبة التي تبلغها الشركة، ولقانون حماية المستهلك المعمول به.

46. Language and Contact Information46. اللغة ومعلومات التواصل

These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. Both versions are intended to communicate the same meaning. If a legal inconsistency arises, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

تتوفر هذه الشروط باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، ويُقصد من النسختين نقل المعنى نفسه. وفي حال وجود تعارض قانوني، تسود النسخة العربية بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.
