The App may request camera or file access when you choose to photograph or upload a document, vehicle condition, damage, or another booking-related item.

The camera is not activated without your action and permission, and we do not access files you have not selected.

Notificationsالإشعارات

With permission, the App may send notifications about account security, bookings, vehicle availability, delivery, collection, rental reminders, support, or important service updates.

You may disable notifications through device settings, although essential messages may still be sent through SMS, telephone, email, or WhatsApp.

If a location feature is available and you use it, the App may request location access for delivery, collection, return, directions, or a meeting point.

A booking request does not guarantee availability and does not by itself create a completed rental agreement.

A booking is confirmed only after First Super Car Rental communicates confirmation and applicable conditions.

The App does not process rental payments and does not intentionally collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, online-banking passwords, or payment-account credentials.

Payments or payment guarantees, if required, are arranged separately through an agreed method.

The website, App, and rental services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly allow a person under 18 to create an account for renting a vehicle.

الموقع والتطبيق وخدمات التأجير غير موجهة إلى الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً، ولا نسمح عن قصد لشخص يقل عمره عن 18 عاماً بإنشاء حساب لاستئجار مركبة.

If we learn that a child submitted data without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Vehicle-rental eligibility may require a higher minimum age, driving experience, insurance conditions, or vehicle-specific requirements.

19. Automated Processing19. المعالجة الآلية

Security systems may automatically identify invalid verification attempts, unusual account activity, suspected fraud, repeated failed logins, duplicate requests, incomplete forms, errors, or security risks.

قد تحدد أنظمة الأمان تلقائياً محاولات التحقق غير الصالحة أو النشاط غير المعتاد في الحساب أو الاحتيال المشتبه به أو محاولات الدخول الفاشلة المتكررة أو الطلبات المكررة أو النماذج غير المكتملة أو الأخطاء أو المخاطر الأمنية.

We do not intend to make legally significant decisions based solely on automated processing without safeguards and human review where required.

20. Vehicle Telematics, GPS, and Inspection Records20. بيانات المركبة ونظام GPS وسجلات الفحص

Rental vehicles may use GPS, telematics, security, mileage, diagnostic, or vehicle-status systems. Depending on the vehicle and rental, these systems may record location, route, mileage, speed-related events, ignition status, warning indicators, battery or fuel information, suspected tampering, and other operational or security data.

قد تستخدم مركبات التأجير أنظمة GPS أو الاتصالات عن بُعد أو الأمان أو قياس المسافة أو التشخيص أو حالة المركبة. وبحسب المركبة وعملية الإيجار، قد تسجل هذه الأنظمة الموقع والمسار والمسافة وأحداثاً مرتبطة بالسرعة وحالة تشغيل المركبة ومؤشرات التحذير ومعلومات البطارية أو الوقود ومحاولات التلاعب المشتبه بها وغيرها من بيانات التشغيل أو الأمان.

We use vehicle data only where reasonably necessary for vehicle security, theft prevention, emergency response, delivery and collection, mileage calculation, maintenance, accident investigation, misuse detection, recovery of the vehicle, insurance, claims, legal compliance, and enforcement of the rental agreement.

Vehicle condition at delivery and return may be recorded using photographs, video, inspection reports, odometer readings, fuel readings, timestamps, signatures, and other reasonable evidence.

21. Payment Authorisation, Tokenisation, and Post-Rental Charges21. تفويض الدفع وترميز البطاقة والرسوم اللاحقة للإيجار

Where you provide a credit or debit card or another authorised payment method, payment information is processed by a licensed or authorised payment-service provider. Full card details and card-security codes are not intentionally stored by First Super Car Rental.

عندما تقدم بطاقة ائتمان أو خصم أو وسيلة دفع مصرحاً بها، تتم معالجة معلومات الدفع من خلال مزود خدمة دفع مرخص أو معتمد. ولا تقوم First Super Car Rental عن قصد بتخزين بيانات البطاقة الكاملة أو رموز أمان البطاقة.

The payment provider may replace card details with a secure token or payment reference. We may retain the token, masked card information, payment reference, authorisation status, transaction status, invoice information, and limited records necessary to administer the rental.

قد يستبدل مزود الدفع بيانات البطاقة برمز آمن أو مرجع دفع. وقد نحتفظ بالرمز وبيانات البطاقة المخفية ومرجع الدفع وحالة التفويض وحالة المعاملة ومعلومات الفاتورة والسجلات المحدودة اللازمة لإدارة الإيجار.

Where you have expressly authorised post-rental charging in a booking confirmation, rental agreement, payment addendum, or other written authorisation, the authorised token or payment method may be used for rental extensions, additional kilometres, fuel, tolls, parking, traffic fines, damage, repair, recovery, administrative charges, and other amounts validly due under the rental agreement.

We may share the information reasonably necessary to process, retry, refund, reverse, investigate, dispute, or recover a payment with payment providers, banks, card networks, accountants, insurers, professional advisers, competent authorities, and lawful recovery providers.

قد نشارك المعلومات الضرورية بشكل معقول لمعالجة الدفع أو إعادة محاولته أو استرداده أو عكسه أو التحقيق فيه أو الاعتراض عليه أو تحصيله مع مزودي الدفع والبنوك وشبكات البطاقات والمحاسبين وشركات التأمين والمستشارين المهنيين والجهات المختصة ومزودي التحصيل القانونيين.

22. Rental Compliance, Evidence, and Claims22. الامتثال للإيجار والأدلة والمطالبات

We may process identity documents, residency and visa status, driving-licence information, police reports, court or authority correspondence, traffic-fine records, accident records, repair estimates, service-centre invoices, insurance records, and signed rental documents to verify eligibility, administer the rental, investigate incidents, establish responsibility, and handle claims or disputes.

Where legally required or reasonably necessary, these records may be disclosed to police, courts, traffic authorities, insurers, repair centres, experts, lawyers, auditors, payment providers, and other competent parties.

Records connected with an accident, traffic fine, damage, payment dispute, insurance claim, suspected fraud, or legal proceeding may be retained until the matter and the applicable legal retention period have ended.

The updated version will be posted on our website or made available through the App with a revised update date.

This Policy is provided in English and Arabic. Both versions are intended to communicate the same meaning. If a legal inconsistency arises, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

تتوفر هذه السياسة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، ويُقصد من النسختين نقل المعنى نفسه. وفي حال وجود تعارض قانوني، تسود النسخة العربية بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.
